Google is planning to launch an interactive game based on its fledgling social Network, Google Plus. The game will be based on indoors and outdoors maps found in its Google Map Service. It must be mentioned that Google is the largest depositary of online data ranging from text data to audio-video and from research data to geographical data.

Play Your World

The game, called Play Your World, appears to be a Labyrinth/Marble Madness-style game where users guide a ball through a series of “mazes” (based on real-world

geography and maps) on a three-dimensional cube, reports Hindustan Times

The game is likely to be launched in February, 2012. The game will promote Google’s mapping features like indoor maps, customized Google Maps and map editing.

Play Your World is not the first interactive game which is going to be based on Google Maps, Tom Scott’s Real World Racer is also based on the same. Real World Racer lets you run your car on the real road sans the danger.
